A woman applies eos smooth sphere organic lip balm to her lips.
Right now I am loving EOS(evolution of smooth) lip balm. This is the most interesting looking lip balm in comes in an egg-shape and it is just so cute :D

To apply this lip balm you have apply it with your lips in their natural position, closed, and swipe it across your lips, getting both lips in one shot, or you can use it like you would a normal chapstick

I have the pink one in "summer fruit" this smells nice and it feels good. If you want a heavily flavored and scented lipbalm don't get this lipbalm, because it smells nice but it's not flavored or very scented. The new "lemon drop" lip balm has an SPF, so that'd be great for everyday use to protect your lips, I can't wait to try this one.

You may not like the egg shape at first, i didn't, but the lip balm works really well, also after you use it for a little while it flattens out and i find it much easier to apply, you just get use to it. This really helped my really chapped lips. and it's just fun to apply :)

Where to purchase:
Walgreens and Rite Aid($3.99) This may seem a little expensive, but it's worth it and it lasts a loooooong time.

Basic Skin Care

Saturday, March 13, 2010
To begin properly caring for your skin you must first know your skin type.
Skin types are oily, normal, combination, or dry. If you have oily skin then you are usually more prone to acne and your face may be shiny and greasy especially in your t-zone(forehead, nose, an chin). Normal skin is usually very…well, normal. This skin type does not have much acne and your skin is usually not dry or greasy. Combination skin is when you have an oily t-zone and sometimes tight/dry feeling cheeks. Dry skin means you have dry, uncomfortable and sometimes flaky skin.

1) Cleanser - cleansers are a must for all skin types. Cleansers are what keep your face nice and clean by removing dirt and other pollutants from your skin. There are many different cleanser suited for each skin type.Cleansers are different from soaps. Soaps are known to be quite harsh and drying to the skin, so it's best to avoid using one.

2)Exfoliants/Scrubs - exfoliators really are necessary for healthy skin. Exfoliating products help to remove dead skin cells and help keep your skin from looking dull. If you have dry skin it's best not to exfoliate everyday. 2-3 times a week should be good. If you have oily skin then you can exfoliate more often, even everyday if you want to. If a scrub makes you feel like you just rubbed your face with sandpaper then stop using it, this scrub is MUCH too strong, over exfoliating can damage skin.

3) Moisturize - it is very important to moisturize your skin. If you have oily skin try to find a light moisturizer than is non oil and won't clog your pores. For dryer skin you'll need a heavier moisturizer that'll hydrate your skin more.

Some people believe that you need to use a toner before a moisturizer. Toners get the extra stuff that the cleanser missed. Toners also help to close your pores after you cleanse your skin. If you have large pores toners will help to make them look smaller. Years ago when cleansers didn't rinse off as well and didn't clean as well, toners were needed to remove the excess cleanser and dirt in your skin. Now with such great cleansers toners really aren't necessary. I don't really think toners are necessary, but if you like the way toners make your skin feel, then use one. Use what makes your skin feel the best. I'm just saying that they're not a necessity.
